| How do you defeat Candy Crush Saga level 33? Follow these tips! |
When you are just starting out on your Candy Crush Saga
journey, Level 33 looks deceptively simple.
There are only 4 blocks of 4 jellies that need to be
removed. This has to be done in 17 moves
while achieving a score of 32000.
Matches of 3 candies are made in one box at a time and if
you clear candies from the bottom box candies from the top box will drop into
that box. The only way a horizontal move
is made across boxes is by detonating special candies.
It’s when you begin playing this level you realize that some
of the techniques you have relied on to get to this level either aren’t
available to you or are much more difficult to put into effect.
There are no color
bombs in Level 33
Since the layout of the screen in level 33 is 4 boxes of 4x4
candies it is impossible to make a color bomb in this level. (The same is true
of Level 182). Naturally this means you
can also exclude making color bomb combinations with other special candies.
Special Candies are
hard to make with so few moves
The inability to make color bombs means that you need to
rely on luck and special candies made by lining up 4 candies of the same color.
With 17 moves you may made some of these and get a few by way of collateral
damage but be wary of using too many moves to bring two special candies
together.
So how do you beat
Level 33 of Candy Crush Saga?
Here are some tips:
1. Make
any obvious and simple special candies.
The aim here is to get special
candies to activate. While vertical detonations
with vertical strip candies effectively reshuffle the entire row of the top and
bottom box. The only way for the box to
the left or right to effect the one beside it is by detonating horizontal
stripe candies.
2. Work
the bottom first
This tip applies to any candy
crush saga level. Clear candies in the
bottom box and you will reorganize the candies in the top box also.
3. The exception to Rule 2: Clear two jellies at once
Before you clear any candies from the bottom box first make sure you can’t
clear two jellies at once in the top box.
If you can, do it first then clear the bottom box candies also move the
candies in the top box around.
4. Work one side, then the other
There is little advantage to flip
flopping between sides. Do always be on
the lookout however for any horizontal special candy detonations you can
activate.
5. Check the game board carefully between
moves.
This level, with only 17 moves plays out very quickly. It will be a long wait for another life and
the five you have in the back will go quickly!
